Mr. Katsiotis is a major shareholder of the company “ELGEKA S.A.” and holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1988.

He studied at the Department of Economics of the Higher Industrial School of Thessaloniki and Marketing at the private University ICBS of Thessaloniki, while he was involved in various administrative areas of the Company, contributing to its development and transformation into a Group of companies with activities into the segments of “Trade of food and other consumer products”, “Logistics services” and “Real estate”.

Today, he is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of the company “ELGEKA S.A.” and Chairman of the companies “DIAKINISIS S.A.”, “ELG HOLDINGS SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.” and “G.S.B.G. S.A.”.
