Press release regarding the Issue of Annual Tax Certificate of Greek companies of ELGEKA Group for the fiscal year 2022

The company “ELGEKA S.A. Trade – Distributions – Representations – Industry”, according to the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, par. 4.1.3.1, informs the investing public that the special tax audit of the Company and its Greek subsidiaries for the fiscal year 2022 has been concluded by the Certified Auditors according to law 4174/2013 article 65A par.1, as amended and applicable as well as to other applicable legislation, and the relevant Tax Certificates with unqualified conclusion have been issued.
