Amendment of Financial Calendar 2022

In the context of accurate, reliable and timely information to investing public and according to articles 4.1.2 (par. 1 subparagraph b) and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the company “ELGEKA S.A. Trade – Distributions – Representations – Industry” announces to the investing public the amendment of the Financial Calendar of the year 2022 which was announced on 11/04/2022, regarding the date of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders, as follows:

Date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday, July 7th, 2022 (instead of Thursday, July 21st, 2022, that was initially announced).

The Company reserves the right to alter the above date, if it informs in time the investing public by amending the present, as defined in the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
