Subject: Elapse of the unpracticed deadline of article 100 par. 3 of L.4548/2018

The company “ELGEKA S.A. Trade – Distributions – Representations – Industry” (hereinafter “the Company”), following the 15.12.2022 announcement regarding the 14.12.2022 decision of the Company’s Board of Directors to grant a special permission, in accordance with articles 99 to 101 of L.4548/2018, for the conclusion of a share transaction agreement between the Company as the seller and the company “SAPHERALD LIMITED” as the buyer and with the object the sale and transfer of ninety-three thousand seven hundred and six (93.706) shares of the limited company with the name “LINET HELLAS S.A. INDUSTRY OF PRODUCTS OF PERSONAL HYGIENE AND GENERAL TRADE” and the distinctive title “LINET S.A.”, which correspond to a participation percentage of 15,356% of its share capital, for a total price of Euro seven hundred and fifty thousand (€ 750.000,00), informs the investing public that the deadline of ten (10) days for the Company’s shareholders to exercise the right to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting to take a decision on the granting of a special permission for the above transaction passed unpracticed on 30.12.2022.
