Subject: Financial Calendar 2022

 

In the context of accurate, reliable and timely information to investing public and according to articles 4.1.2 (par. 1 subparagraph b) and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the company “ELGEKA S.A. Trade – Distributions – Representations – Industry” announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2022:

1) Date of release of Annual Financial Statements (Annual Financial Report) of the fiscal year 2021 (01.01.2021 – 31.12.2021) and of its uploading to the websites of the Company (www.elgeka.gr) and of the Athens Stock Exchanges (www.athexgroup.gr): Thursday, April 14th, 2022 (after the closure of trading of Athens Stock Exchange).

2) Date of release of announcement regarding the Annual Financial Statements of the fiscal year 2021 (Press Release): Thursday, April 14th, 2022 (after the closure of trading of Athens Stock Exchange).

3) Date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday, July 21st, 2022.

It is noted that the Board of Directors of the Company will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the non-distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2021.

The Company reserves the right to alter the above dates, if it informs in time the investing public by amending the present, as defined in the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
