Date of release of Annual Financial Statements (Summary Financial Data and Information and Annual Financial Report) of the fiscal year 2016 (01/01/2016 – 31/12/2016) and of its uploading to the websites of the Company (elgeka.gr) and of the Hellenic Exchanges Group (www.helex.gr): Friday, April 28th 2017 (before the beginning of trading of Athens Stock Exchange).
Date of release of announcement regarding the Annual Financial Statements (Press Release): Friday, April 28th 2017 (before the beginning of trading of Athens Stock Exchange).
Date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday, June 29th 2017.
It is noted that the Board of Directors of the Company intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the non-distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2016.
