Announcement regarding the conclusion of tax audit of “ELGEKA S.A. TRADE – DISTRIBUTIONS – REPRESENTATIONS – INDUSTRY”

“ELGEKA S.A.” announces to the investing public and its shareholders in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.1. of the ATHEX Regulation and article 10 par.1 of L. 3340/2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that the regular tax audit for the year 2007 was concluded by the Centre of Audit for Large Companies (“K.E.ME.EP.”).

The audit resulted in payable taxes and additional charges totaling 205.487,04 euros, i.e. amounts 93.403,20 euros and 112.083,84 euros respectively, and given that for the specific year the Company had recognized a provision in prior years, the amount which will affect the results of fiscal year 2015 is 132.927,04 euros.

After the last tax audit of fiscal year 2007, the only unaudited years of our Company are the years 2008, 2009 and 2010.
