Announcement of Regulated Information according to L.3556/2007:
Notification of changes in the percentages of shareholders at the level of voting rights
in accordance with L.3556/2007, as in force.
“ELGEKA S.A.” (hereinafter “Company”) notifies the investing public, in accordance with L.3556/2007 (articles 9 and 21) and L.3340/2005, in conjunction with the decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as Circular 33 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and after relevant notifications received from the following liable persons – shareholders on 05.01.2021, that: a) Ms. Athanasia Drakopoulou, after the completion of the transfer procedures due to inheritance, acquired with an over-the-counter transaction as the legal inheritor of 25% of the shares of her deceased grandmother, Eleni Katsioti, the full ownership of 479.460 common registered voting shares of “ELGEKA S.A.” and b) Ms. Aikaterini Drakopoulou, after the completion of the transfer procedures due to inheritance, acquired with an over-the-counter transaction as the legal inheritor of 25% of the shares of her deceased grandmother, Eleni Katsioti, the full ownership of 479.460 common registered voting shares of “ELGEKA S.A.”. After the above events a) and b) both Ms. Athanasia Drakopoulou and Ms. Aikaterini Drakopoulou respectively increase their percentages in the share capital and voting rights of the Company from 10,00% to 11,51%, namely they hold 3.652.913 common registered voting shares each (from 3.173.453 common registered voting shares held before the hereditary succession of the above-mentioned shares).
In parallel with the above, Ms. Athanasia Drakopoulou, one of the legal inheritors of the deceased Eleni Katsioti, informed us on behalf of her late grandmother that of the total 1.917.840 common registered voting shares of “ELGEKA S.A.”, in addition to the total percentage of 50% of the above mentioned shares (namely a total of 958.920 shares) bequeathed by the grandchildren of Athanasia Drakopoulou and Aikaterini Drakopoulou, the remaining 50% of them (namely the remaining 958.920 shares) bequeathed by her other grandchildren, Georgios Katsiotis and Petros Katsiotis, namely 479.460 common registered voting shares or at a percentage of 1,51% each, which represents the total voting shares held by each. Following these, the percentage of shares and voting rights held by the late Eleni Katsioti falls below the 5% threshold set for the notification obligation and specifically stands at 0%.
