The company “ELGEKA S.A.”, (hereinafter the “Company”) announces to the investing public, in accordance with L.3556/2007 and the provisions of article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, following relevant notifications received from the following liable person, that during the ATHEX meeting of 17.06.2022 he proceeded in the following acquisition of Company’s common registered shares:

Mr. Nikolaos Drakopoulos, person who has close relation (husband) with the main shareholder Ms. Elli Drakopoulou, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, acquired in total 606.650 common registered shares of the Company, with a price of total value 272.992,50 euro.
