The company “ELGEKA S.A.”, (hereinafter the “Company”) announces to the investing public, in accordance with L.3556/2007 and the provisions of article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, following relevant notifications received from the following liable persons, that during the ATHEX meeting of 21.06.2022 they proceeded in the following acquisitions of Company’s common registered shares:

George Katsiotis, person with close relation to Mr. Alexandros Katsiotis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired in total 56.551 common registered shares of the Company, with a price of total value 25.447,95 euro.

Petros Katsiotis, person with close relation to Mr. Alexandros Katsiotis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired in total 56.551 common registered shares of the Company, with a price of total value 25.447,95 euro.

Nikolaos Drakopoulos, person who has close relation (husband) with the main shareholder Ms. Elli Drakopoulou, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, acquired in total 113.102 common registered shares of the Company, with a price of total value 50.895,90 euro.
