Press release regarding the issue of Tax Certificate of Greek companies of ELGEKA Group for the fiscal year 2015

Thessaloniki, September 30th, 2016

The company “ELGEKA S.A. Trade-Distributions-Representations-Industry”, according to the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, par.4.1.3.1 and Law 3340/2005 (article 10, par. 1), announces to the investing public that the tax audit of the Company and its Greek subsidiaries for the fiscal year 2015 has been concluded by the Certified Auditors according to law 4174/2013 article 65A, as in force, and the relevant “unqualified” Tax Certificates have been issued.
