Assignment of the General Financial Management of ELGEKA Group to Ms. Christina Papandreou and her appointment as the new Investor Relations Officer of the Company
“ELGEKA S.A.” announces in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.6 of the ATHEX Regulation, as applicable, and the defined in article 6 of L.3340/2005 and in articles 2 and 3 of decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that from today Friday, July 24th, 2020, Ms. Christina Papandreou assumes the position of Chief Financial Officer of ELGEKA Group, a position previously held by Mr. Aris Hatzatourian, who from now on assumes as head of the wider investment activities of the Group.
The above development in combination with the many years of experience and specialization of the specific executives is expected to strengthen the position of ELGEKA Group and the positive course it follows in recent years, contributing significantly to its further development.
The new General Financial Officer of ELGEKA Group, Ms. Christina Papandreou, has over 25 years of experience in managerial positions, both in Greek and in a multinational environment, with long experience and specialization in the areas of finance, IT, business transformation and Logistics. Among other things, in the past she has worked in senior management positions at the companies Elbisco, Baker Master, Sklavenitis, Nikas and Unilever Hellas.
Also, Ms. Christina Papandreou undertakes from today as Investor Relations Officer of the Company, with an aim the continuous cover of the obligations of ELGEKA for immediate and valid information of the investing public, a responsibility that from 21.02.2017 had been assigned to Mr. Ari Hatzatourian, who has been performing these duties until today.
