Subject:Disclosure of the termination of the Purchase Program of Own Shares based on 15.07.2021 Decision of A.G.M.’s “ELGEKA S.A.”.

“ELGEKA S.A.” discloses to the investing public and its shareholders that on July 15th, 2023, expired the Company’s purchase program of own shares approved by the Annual General Meeting of July 15th, 2021. It is reminded that the aforementioned General Meeting had approved the purchase of own shares through the Athens Stock Exchange, during the period from 16.07.2021 to 15.07.2023, i.e. within the twenty-four (24) months period prescribed by law.

During this program “ELGEKA S.A.” has not purchased any own shares and as a result today the Company does not hold any own shares.

The disclosure is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014, and delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of the Commission of March 8th, 2016.
