Investment Plans
In 2001 ELGEKA has completed its investment plan for the period 1999-2001, which had been presented during the company's listing in the Athens Stock Exchange in August 1999, and it was related to the use of the drawn capital of Drs 10,4 billion or EURO 30,5 mil. The Extraordinary General Meeting on 28.12.2001 has confirmed the completion of the Investment Plan and the usage of funds drawn. The main points of this plan were: participations in Greek manufacturing companies, development of commercial network in the Balkans, installation of SAP/R3 ERP system and the development of a new distribution center in Attiki.
