ARIVIA S.A.

The company “ARIVIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A.” with the distinctive name “ARIVIA S.A.” originates from the merger of the company under the name “ARISTA COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL S.A.” with distinctive title “ARISTA S.A.” and the company “VIOTROS FOOD INDUSTRY – MANUFACTURING AND MILK PROCESSING – WAREHOUSING – INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A.” with the distinctive name “VIOTROS S.A.”, through absorption of the latter by the former, according to the provisions of articles 68-77a of C.L. 2190/1920 in conjunction with the provisions of articles 1-5 of L.2166/1993. The merger was approved with the No. Ref. 3276/21.04.2016 Decision of Governor of the Region of Central Macedonia and subsequently after relevant announcement of Service of General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) of Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry (T.C.C.I.) was filed on 28.04.2016 with Listing Code Number (L.C.N.) 615075. On the same date, the acquiring company “ARISTA S.A.” renamed to “ARIVIA S.A.”.

The company was founded in 1986 with the original name “VITA PI COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL S.A.” with distinctive title “VITA PI S.A.” and subsequently on 31.01.2014 changed its name to “ARISTA COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL S.A.” with distinctive title “ARISTA S.A.”.

“ARIVIA S.A.” had joined ELGEKA Group from July 7th, 2010 till February 20th, 2017, date when the company was sold.

The main object of the Company is the production of processed cheese, mainly EDAM type and GOUDA type, as well as the representation, distribution and trade of food and other consumer products
