The Company’s Board of Directors, on the meeting of 18/02/2011, decided the adoption of the Code of Corporate Governance, established by Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), as it exists as Hellenic Code of Corporate Governance (HCCG) after its amendment by the Hellenic Council of Corporate Governance.
